I'm so stressed and this moment. Everyone has his or her own way to deal with stress. And everyone has different way in handling it. For me, I don’t have certain way to deal with it. I just can’t handle it well. And it just hurt when people around you keep telling that “you need to handle it well, you need to chill, bla bla”
First and foremost,
- U just don’t tell people how to deal with it because different people mean “different” means
- People experienced different things and for each of them to act the same in certain situation is impossible
- Family background is another thing that caused different attitude in handling stressed
So if I feel like eating a lot, talking loudly, speaking on the phone for long hours during my stressed time, please don’t stop me… or else you will see me crying non stop or perhaps i'm scolding someone for no reason…
Please, I beg you please…
I just need to channel it and thank Him I do not choose to kill people in order to deal with it.
Just my tw0 cents during my stressed period in my stressful office with a very stressful environment..
I think I need to be with my son at this time…
